To help the salts dissolve more easily add approx. 120g of salts to running warm water. State your intentions whilst holding your crystals and then add to bath water. Get in the tub and soak for a minimum of 20 minutes. If you have any medical conditions, please consult with your doctor prior to using bath-salts. Remove the crystals before releasing bath water, set aside and allow to dry. Rinse the bath well after use, as it may become slippery.
