Nubian Array Refunds & Returns Policy

We want you to love both our products and our service. If you have a problem with your order, we will do our very best to resolve it.

In addition to your statutory rights within the UK, if you need to return an item to us you must do so within 21 days of receipt of delivery and as per the below:

Returns Procedure
​

Please complete the below form within 7 days of receipt of your order, quoting your order number and explaining the reason for return. If your return is approved by the returns department, you will receive an email confirmation with the returns address.

We must receive the item within 14 days following your return approval email being issued. You will be responsible for paying postage costs associated with returns under this policy (this may differ if items are damaged, please see the below policy on Damaged items). You are also responsible for obtaining proof of postage for any returns, and in the event that returns are not received by us you must take this up with the delivery company you used.

Provided the goods are returned unused, in their original condition, carefully packaged and returned at your own expense a refund (excluding original shipping costs) will be made within 30 days of receipt of the returned goods- for more information on the refund policy please read below.

Exclusions
​
The following kinds of products may not be returned under this policy:

Jewellery
-
Toiletries and cosmetics;

Any product made to your specification;
-
Any product made to order;
-
Any product personalised or adapted for you;

Gift vouchers.

There may be other items that fall under Return Exclusions, this will be listed in the item description and does not affect your statutory rights.

Refunds
​
We will give you a refund for the full price of any product properly returned by you in accordance with the terms of this Returns & Refunds Policy excluding the original delivery charges whether or not the item was purchased with Free Postage and Packaging options. The refund amount will be outlined in the return approval email you receive, and your return of said items is deemed as your acceptance of the refund amount. The refund amount may be subject to change depending on the condition of the returned item upon receipt.
We will usually refund any money received from you using the same method originally used by you to pay for your purchase.

We will process the refund due to you within 30 days, this period starts the day after we receive your returned product.

Improper Returns
​
Where you return a product in contravention of this Returns & Refunds Policy (and where you do not have any other legal right to return the product):

We will not refund or exchange the product;

We may retain the returned product until you pay to us such additional amount as we may charge for re-delivery of the returned product;
and
3. If we do not receive payment of such additional amount within 14 days of issuing a request for payment, we may destroy or otherwise dispose of the returned product in our sole discretion without any liability to you.

Damaged Goods
​
Goods damaged or proved faulty in transit will be replaced wherever possible or alternatively a full refund will be made, this is only as long as the fault is not due to misuse, use against the manufacturer's recommendations or reasonable wear and tear. Notification of damaged items, wrongly shipped items, or incomplete orders should be made within 7 days of receipt. The Returns Procedure as above must be followed, and any claim made outside of 30 days will be rejected.

For Items that are damaged during the return process, the Buyer will be liable where such damage has in the opinion of the Seller been caused by the goods being inadequately packaged by the Buyer. If the Buyer thinks that damage was caused by the delivery company, it is their responsibility to take this up with the company they used. The Seller's failure to insist upon strict adherence to any of the terms and conditions with this contract shall not be deemed a waiver of its rights within these terms and conditions.
Your Right to Cancel

Under UK law you have the right to cancel your order starting immediately and ending fourteen days from the day the goods were received. If you do decide to cancel you should notify us of your intention by e-mail, following the Returns Procedure as above. The goods must be returned to us unused and in their original packaging and at your own expense. We will make a refund to you excluding the cost of shipping within 30 days of receipt of the returned goods.

You will not however have any such rights insofar as an order relating to: (a) the supply of any products which constitute audio or video recordings or computer software which have been unsealed by you; (b) the supply of products the price of which is dependent upon fluctuations in financial markets which we cannot control; (c) the supply of newspapers, periodicals or magazines; (d) the supply of goods made to your specifications or clearly personalised; or (e) the supply of goods which by reason of their nature cannot be returned or are liable to deteriorate or expire rapidly.

Our Right to Cancel
​
Although extremely unlikely, we reserve the right to cancel any order within 48 hours of placement. Notification will be given by e-mail as soon as possible and a full refund (including postage) will be issued.
